Freundliche Kommunikation, schneller Versand. Allerdings war der Artikel nicht wie beschrieben. Die Box wurde als “Gut (siehe Bilder)” beschrieben. Allerdings war die Box behelfsmäßig mit Panzer-Tape repariert, das Omega Logo der Box ist abgefallen, das Zubehör (Silberner Coin in der Box) war verklebt und konnte nicht herausgenommen werden. All das wurde weder beschrieben noch war es auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Daher Artikel retourniert und Kauf rück abgewickelt. Schade, diesen Aufwand hätten wir uns beide sparen können. Rückabwicklung verlief gut.

Gern nehmen wir mit, dass Boxen ausführlicher beschrieben werden sollten. Dies möchten wir in Zukunft auch gern umsetzen. Dass das Logo sich bei Ihnen gelöst hat tut uns sehr leid. Dies war bei uns leider nicht absehbar. Der silberne Coin sitzt tatsächlich sehr fest in der Aussparung, ließ sich bei uns aber problemlos entnehmen. Der Coin soll sehr fest sitzen, damit sich dieser beim Transport nicht lösen kann und dadurch die Uhr beschädigt.

Hat alles soweit gepasst. Allerdings hat in der Beschreibung eine wichtige Information gefehlt und eine weitere Information war meiner Meinung nach irreführend. Beide Punkte konnten aber mit dem Kundenservice zufriedenstellend gelöst werden.

Excellent packaging, very fast shipping! Communication and support from their staff was superb! We had the chance to talk on the phone as well. Unfortunately the watch was faulty upon delivery. On the bright side of things, it did have an active international warranty and Omega took care of the problem locally.

Leider stimmte die Beschreibung des Armbandes mit "sehr gut" nicht mit den tatsächlichen Status überein und es hat zu viel Stretch. So etwas sollte man klar kommunizieren und dann eher eine Stufe schlechter und ehrlicher beschreiben. Sonst alles prima

Small issue with incorrect contact details being provided to UPS so they were not able to contact me to pay customs fees. I was following the tracking and able to contact UPS directly and resolve with no issues. Very happy with item, beautifully presented, condition much better than I was expecting for a vintage product.

Smooth transaction, however the watch had a scratch in the AR coating which is only visible under certain angles, this should have been stated in the description. Not worth returning the watch, I'm happy with my purchase and would still recommend Chrono24 as a dealer.

Product was niet goed getest: automatisch opwinden werkte niet. Na een aantal dagen stopte het horloge met werken. Dat had voorkomen kunnen worden door het automatisch opwinden beter te testen (dus langer op de automatische opwinder laten zitten dan de gangreserve na het handmatig opwinden). Teleurgesteld want ik heb heel lang gezocht naar dit horloge. Communicatie en het hele proces rondom de aankoop verliep overigens prima.
